Support - Existing ClientsIf you require assistance with any Rubyjam product or service, please submit a support ticket by logging into your
GEM account and selecting 'Rubyjam Support Desk' from the main menu. Most issues will be solved almost right away, while others may take up to 24 hours. While some clients may be tempted to contact us via telephone or email when there is a problem, we can provide a better level of support when the online support ticket system is used.
