Maxi-Lock Stretch Thread - Emerald Green

Maxi-Lock Stretch is a textured nylon thread (aka woolly nylon). I recommend using this thread in the upper and lower loopers of your overlocker/serger, the looper in your coverstitch machine or the bobbin in your sewing machine to create "give" in the seams of your stretch knit garments and projects. The soft yarn-like thread expands and contracts with tension which means no more popped seams on your leggings or swimwear!  It also works beautifully when sewing rolled hems - the textured wooliness of the thread fills the white space between the stitches to create a solid edge of colour to your hem.

This thread is suitable for all stretch knit fabrics for fashion apparel, activewear, lingerie and swimwear.
